  • Eastern Balance Clinic has one of the largest herbal pharmacies available in the Houston area.

  • All of our herbs are bought from reputable herbal manufacturers who are certified according to the FDA  “Good Manufacturing Standards”.

  • Our practitioners use the Materia Medica (medicinal substance encyclopedia) to understand aspects of medicinal substances, for common uses, proper dosage, cautions and contra-indications, drug/herb interactions, and even conventional medical research.

  • This knowledge helps us to customize the best formula to use for each patient and modify it as the illness changes course.

  • The formula is provided as granules that can be mixed with water for an instant herbal tea.

  • We also offer “patent formulas”, these are pre-made herbal formulations that are in either pill or tablet form.

To Licensed Acupuncturists:

  • Eastern Balance Herbal Pharmacy invites all Acupuncturist practitioners to send their Herbal Formula in by email.

  • We can send directly to your patients by U. S.  priority mail.

  • Dr. Bai Song Zhong (L.Ac. # AC00748 (TX), M.D. (China), Dean of Academic Studies and Clinical Director American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) will insure the quality control and be happy to assist with the Herbal formula prescriptions.0

For Patients:

  • To the  patient who is seeking Herbal formula diagnosis on line, please fill out the new patient form and sign the last pages and email it back to the office.

  • Our Licensed Acupuncturist will give a TCM diagnosis and make a herbal formulas and mail the tea out the same day for you.
    The TCM internet diagnosis fee is 1st time $110. Returning $60.

  • Same formula prescription order diagnosis fee is the mailing cost plus that of the herbal formula.
